The coffee bean that we have become accustomed to is roasted at 475 degrees fahrenheit and because it is roasted it looses 90% of the Chlorogenic Acid which is the chemical that is being attributed to helping the human body attain a healthy and safe way to burn fat, balance blood sugar, destroy body glucose, reduce hypertension and all without dieting, exercising or side effects.

A human tested study from the American Chemical Society took 16 overweight adults within the ages of 22-26 and gave them 700 mg to 1050 mg daily of the green coffee bean extract for 22 weeks and the participants lost an average of 17 pounds.

What I found fascinating, the group not given the placebo and taking the daily dose of green coffee been extract with GCA had a 10.5% loss in total body weight and a 4.4% loss in body fat and a small decrease in heart rate.

What should I buy?

Look for the following when shopping for the product

1. Capsule at least 45% Chlorgenic Acid

2. Svetol® or GCA® on the bottle, ignore the hype of “Pure”

3. List all the ingredients on the bottle: No fillers, artificial ingredients, look for vegetable or vegan

4. Take at least 400 mg, 3 times a day at least 30 minutes before each meal
