A human tested study from the American Chemical Society took 16 overweight adults within the ages of 22-26 and gave them 700 mg to 1050 mg daily of the green coffee bean extract for 22 weeks and the participants lost an average of 17 pounds.
What I found fascinating, the group not given the placebo and taking the daily dose of green coffee been extract with GCA had a 10.5% loss in total body weight and a 4.4% loss in body fat and a small decrease in heart rate.
